What should I wear?
Wear whatever you're comfortable in! If you are here for a cold plunge, you'll just need swimwear—we provide the towels. For a hyperbaric session, you don't need to wear anything specific; we’ll just ask you to take your shoes off. You may want to bring a light layer in case you find yourself getting a little chilly inside of there, but other than that, you're all set.
Can I stack therapies?
Yes! Please speak to a Plunge staff member for the best advice and guidance on what to do and when. If stacked incorrectly, some therapies can potentially lose effectiveness.
Do you offer Contrast Therapy?
We do not offer Contrast Therapy at Plunge Performance and Recovery for a few reasons. However, you can go from the plunges into the sauna. Just not the sauna into the plunges.
Do you have showers?
We do not have showers, so we ask our clients to arrive generally clean. If you are coming from the beach, please rinse off at the beach shower before you come, as we try to keep this a sand-free environment.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! But, appointments are best to ensure your access to the services you are requesting. You can schedule after you buy your session (scroll up for pricing) using the Mindbody App or by calling us.
